Our classes range in intensity and length. From Yoga to HIIT, find whatever you're in the mood for, whenever you want!
A rejuvenating yoga class that will leave you feeling more grounded and light. We also offer pre-natal yoga flows.
Functional movement class often using weights for added resistance. Each class will work the major muscle groups and give you a true full body workout.
Signature Combo Class
Our signature class that blends HIIT & Yoga to get your heart pumping and then chill you out. The perfect combo morning or night.
This class blends a variety of movement modalities including mat pilates, yoga and strength that will work more of your slow twitch muscle fibers focused on sustained, smaller movements.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class that blends cardio and strength timed intervals to elevate your heart rate and leave you feeling stronger inside & out.
We also offer some additional class types from dance choreography, pre-natal, restorative, foam rolling and special workshops.
Monthly Subscribers have access to all classes (live and On Demand) through the Members portal. If you are interested in becoming a member you can do a 14 day trial to start.
We also offer the option to Rent or Buy our monthly donation-based classes. 100$ of the proceeds from rentals and purchases are donated to the selected organization.
