Welcome to BaconBerry
Move with us.

Who we are.

Hi! We are Kat and Olivia, the co-founders of BaconBerry.

We started BaconBerry in March of 2020 at the beginning of the COVID-19 lockdown in order to bring fitness to anyone no matter where they are.

We believe that movement should be seen as a celebration of what our bodies are capable of, not a way to change our bodies. We also know that there is not a one-size fits all when it comes to people's fitness journeys or preferences which is why we are excited to offer such a wide variety of on-demand fitness options to fit any mood and level. We also will occasionally offer special virtual or in-person events, workshops and retreats.

We are also committed to giving back to our communities. We teach our Signature Combo Class every month to a different organization and donate 100% of the proceeds.

We look forward to 'seeing' you on the mat.

On Demand Workouts

Hundreds of on demand classes ranging from quick intense high intensity interval training to relaxing yoga sequences.

Work with us to help build a sustainable workout plan that matches your schedule and helps you achieve your goals.

In-person events

Pop-up events and retreats take BaconBerry out of the computer screen and into nature to connect more deeply.

To encourage people to take care of their bodies and minds through movement no matter their fitness level while also giving back to our communities. We bring fitness classes to our students whenever, wherever they are and donate a portion of our proceeds to non-profit organizations each month. We select organizations we believe have a meaningful impact on our communities and the world as well as those that have missions we feel personally connected to.

To inspire people to move their bodies in new and different ways. There is no one size fits all when it comes to our fitness journeys and variety is super important. BaconBerry gives students a variety of class types to encourage people of all fitness levels to challenge their bodies while keeping fitness fun and inclusive.
